Brad is currently a Detroit-based, award-winning Creative Director with a knack for building and leading in-house creative teams. A graduate of the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, he kicked off his career in Chicago, cutting his teeth on some of the biggest brands in the world before heading back to Michigan to bring that experience home.
Brad doesn’t just build teams—he builds creative engines. He’s spent years bringing in the right talent, setting up solid processes, and developing internal content teams that help brands tell their stories for both in-house and ad agencies. From designers and copywriters to content creators and producers, he knows how to bring the right people together and create workflows that make everything run seamlessly. And when a project calls for something bigger? He knows exactly when to tap top-tier production studios to bring in the firepower needed to elevate the work even further.
With expertise in art direction, brand development, problem-solving, graphic design, motion, social media, and more, Brad is always looking for fresh ways to help brands stand out. At the end of the day, it all comes down to creativity—figuring out what makes a brand unique and bringing that to life in a way that actually connects with people.
Outside of work, you’ll find him building his cabin in northern Michigan, golfing, riding motorcycles, hiking, camping, hunting, and snowmobiling. When he’s home downstate, he’s on a mission to maintain a lawn so perfect, even an PGA greens keeper would be jealous.
